Just a heads up, this method still works if you still want to use it to get the achievement, however recently devs launched a update 1.0.1 and fixed the correct way to get this parts box.

So the original way to unlock this achievement is that you need go to a high ground area nearby (there is also a ladder nearby if you look up) and you just need to aim at the window, you will see a explosive together with the parts box, just shoot the explosive and the parts box will fall to the ground.
