Originally made for personal use, this is the citizen corpse model with textures from the retail downtrodden citizen outfit (instead of the E3 2004 one).

I'm gonna get this mod, but then also get the mod that gives the citizens the clothing of the corpses.

tbh i think the downtrodden corpse should have been the refugee blue uniform with the scratches considering these corpses are seen mainly in the canals
