描述

Toontown Online's Estates Come to GMod!

This map is my most accurate recreation of the Toontown Estates and their interiors.

Features:

Functional interiors with seamless door transitions
Moving sky
Moving trees

I hope you enjoy this map! Have fun!

Known Issues:

Due to using GMod Lua to make the trees follow the player's camera, the trees may appear buggy in RT cameras.
May be incompatible with some mods.
In multiplayer the bird sounds have a chance to not work. works in singleplayer without issue
