You do need to have the special unlocked for these, but you do not need to have it selected as the special for the day.

Confirming radlyn doesnt work if you dont have the special unlocked.

For Sarge Fan, you need to serve him a special menu related to his favourite, Fugazza Con Jamón

Hm, did she ask for the special you had set, it might cancel it out, not sure why it dident work unless you dident have it unlocked.

I gave radlynn the special but I didnt have it set as the special that day so it didnt unlock.

I havent unlocked they yet so it hasent shown, i might add the non closers with special sticker orders too.

I think you need it unlocked but it dosent need to be selected because it will appear as "sticker unknown" if you dont have it unlocked.

For Radlynn's, previous games (such as Freezeria Deluxe) have allowed you to serve a special if it's part of a sticker as long as you own the special but you don't have to have it set as the current special. I assume it's the same as the other titles.
