First thing's first, you're gonna need to be schizophrenic, so if you haven't done that yet, you can do so by beating this game first so that nothing gets spoiled- I mean, so that you can synchronize and achieve the factors needed to become a Gigalomaniac.

So the first thing you're gonna wanna do is check into a mental hospital, (I personally highly recommend AH Tokyo Medical Hospital), and tell them that you keep seeing some weird sword somewhere.

A really nice doctor (I call him Dr. No) will see you, and subject you to some exercises. These will be a bit hard but if you just focus on the fact that you will be able to make your imaginary waifu real then you'll get through it. It might take a while and stuff but don't worry about it, it's totally worth it.

This method is not recommended but I heard some nice young couple tried it out on their buddy and it worked.

Apparently if you prank someone hard enough and scare them to death they can also become a Gigalomaniac. I don't know if it's true but apparently it worked a little too well and the guy they pranked was literally drowning in women because of it, so if that's what you're going for then maybe this is the method for you.
