Dr. Wallace Breen has gotten himself an upgrade. Dressing up as the one and only. The legend himself.

This might be one of the most scuffed models I've ever created, but I feel like it's appropriate in this case.

A supplementary mod for the Breen Flow (Dracula Flow) voice pack.

Bugs:
– Glasses partially morphed into Breen's face despite not having any blend shapes. Will require further studying of Source's face posing system.
