Johann is the final boss of this games, completely broken and overpowered as a real boss should be. In previous versions of this game, playing as him was tricky and led to many glitches and bugs in the game. Fortunately, they fixed him in this port and he's playable in most gam modes without major bugs.


Johann is already available on the character select screen in most new modes in RotD Neo. However, in the classic Arcade Mode, he is still a hidden character.
To pick him just move the selection screen to the random square marked with a question mark, as shown here:


With the Random selection activated, just hold Start and press any of the four buttons, each for a different color. And that's it: you're now playing as the badass and overpowered final boss Johann. Enjoy!
