Alright so l'm not the first go discover this but wanted to write a detailed note on how I got online.
THIS IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT OFF OF STEAM (not sure if GOG or pirated or cd will work)
So I had the cd version but EA never got it onto my account so awhile ago I bought the game+DLC on Steam. It was great but still wasn't online enough for me to post my creations on Sporepedia.

You can get around this by going to EA Support.

Tap "looking for something I bought"/ anything that gets you to a person. You create a case (write what's wrong) then a chat should appear. 3x they answered in under 5min. From there you give your name and EA account registered email.
You explain that you want your purchase moved to the EA app. They'll ask for screenshots (They'll have to be taken at that point of time). You can at least be prepared with both tabs open. One from your email (receipt from steam) & proof of purchase from steam site. (Purchase history tab on Steam, Tap on the purchase, there should be a link near the top of your screen, copy 2 chrome screen shot with task bar, no editing)

At that point they'll give you a copy to your EA account. You will have to play from their app now. But your Sporepedia will recognize you own the creepy+cute parts pack. Plus other people's creatures will randomly pop up
