If you are familiar with this error message, here are some ideas that may help you.

- Try launching the game as an Admin. Also, if the Steam asks you to grant an app admin access, it is most likely some crucial installer or the anti-cheat engine that needs those privileges to work properly. If you deny (in my case) it once, it will not ask you again, making the issue even more difficult. I think this pop up only appears once, after you installed the game and never again once you grant or deny the permission so re-installing the game and granting the permission then, may fix the issue.

- Go to : Library > 7 Days to Die > Right click > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of game files.

- Check if your Antivirus is blocking the game itself or the EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat), if so add it to the "exceptions".

- Open game directory (Library > Right click 7 Days to Die > Manage > Browse Local Files.
Run "7DaysToDie" app. If that didn't work, run "7DaysToDie_EAC". If either of those worked, this is your new way to launch the game.

- Go to the Search Bar > Type "services" > Run it as an admin > Left click on any other service and press "e" > keep pressing the button til you get to "Easy Anti-Cheat". You want it to be enabled in order to play games that require it to run. The first time you install it, it enables itself so you don't have to do it manually, but if for some reason you had it "disabled", you want to enable it.

- Last but not least, if none of that worked, you should re-install the game, even if you had previously verified the game files successfully and see if that fixes the problem.

@orisgay18 -- If you're referring to losing all your previous save files (server), then you must have created the server during alpha. This game updated recently and all of the older servers are gone (as far as i know there is no fix for this, unless you want to play offline / dedicated server with your friends and get yourself an older version of the game, but rest assured you won't get any achievements by doing so). So you just gonna have to create a new world and play from a scratch.
