Fixing your Sleep Schedule (Obsolete)
I believe this should be resolved from the November 21st patch onward.
Details can be found here

There are things that could spoil you in this file, proceed with that in mind!
As always, I am not responsibile for you breaking things...

  • Make a new manual save (ESC > Save > Choose a Slot).
  • Exit the Game.
  • Press Windows Key + R (If playing on Steam Deck, check further down for your path).
  • Paste the following into the Run window: %localappdata%\..\LocalLow\AdventrueTavern\Maid Cafe on Electric Street\SaveData
  • Press 'OK' or hit Enter.
  • Locate the Save folder for your save (ex. Save0 is for the first manual save slot)
  • Open `LocalData.bytes` in your favorite text editor. I use Notepad++
  • Modify the "GameTime" value. Either increase or decrease the number by increments of 3600. At this time I can't be bothered to figure out how the time calculation works exactly, but this will result in your time changing when you load the game.
  • Save the file.
  • Relaunch the game.
  • Load your save.
  • Go to sleep.

For Steam Deck users:

This is actually just a JSON file, if you wanted to poke around more you can easily find a formatter.
You would think the "NowHour" value would do something, but it doesn't. While looking through the GameTimeSystem in the game, I found it is using actual date time and adding seconds to it or something similar.

I have no idea if this breaks anything else, I haven't progressed further than confirming this resolves the problem

And if you want to be a dirty cheater, your money values and what not are stored in this file as well.

The reason for this bug is that at the beginning, the time zone was mistakenly added to the simulated game time. In the second fix, it was fixed again
The new version has completely removed this association and fixed some players' save files. The new game will no longer have this issue
If your save still has issues and you don't want to start the game over, you can use the game save provided in our update announcement that jumps to Chapter 3. If this still doesn't help, you can contact us through official channels to help fix the save

Tried playing today and I'm stuck at 9am after my first day opening the cafe so doesn't seem to be fixed.

Are you loading the manual save or the autosave? Also verify that you aren't only changing the NowHour as it has no impact besides visually changing what you see on the save preview. I suppose you could do that to verify that your manual changes went through.

when i change the time it only changes the time on the outer safe file, not the ingame time and i keep getting the same unable to sleep issue with my game being permenantly locked at 10 am
