While Extra Coin is a pretty linear game, only half of the achievements will be unlocked through the main story and the rest are all unlocked through side missions, secret interactions or collectibles. I will be separating the story achievements, the missable achievements (achievements that you can only get at a specific point in the playthrough) and achievements that are available to be unlocked at any time during the game.

I do think everything should be right in this guide but if you notice a mistake please let me know and I will edit it as soon as possible!

These are achievements that you will passively get from just playing the game so don't worry about these.

Attack the Power

There are 5 missable achievements in Extra Coin. I will be putting the timeline of when they happen so you can look out for them.

Chapter 1


Who's a Noob?: Beat Dunc3 without letting him score a point - You can always turn down the fight difficuly in options to make this easier.


Chapter 4


On Fire: When walking into Bonus Stage Gardens during a certain event (which will be obvious), look out into the world on the bridge.


Transition between Chapter 4 and 5


Tears: Look into your dad's eyes when you stab him



Digital Blood: Deliver the finishing blow on acid_burn



Chapters 2-5


[Secret] (Mei Wong): Collect every memory shards and complete "The Decline" quest.




You will be given the option to pick up memory shards in the world starting from chapter 2. These memory shards take the form of white pixels hidden in the environment. For the most part, there will be 2 memory shards in each location, on both activity loops and duel loops, for a total of 4 per location, per chapter (don't forget the loft!). Note that some shards can only be acquired by talking to some NPCs.

I will be noting the last task you have to do before the end of a chapter. You have to collect all of the shards from a chapter before moving on to the next or you will be locked out of getting them.

Chapter 2

Gather all the memory shards before you meet bleeD at the Game Over Mountains

Chapter 3

Gather all the memory shards before meeting Joystick at the Save Point Spa

Chapter 4

Gather all the memory shards before talking to M4rsh at the Ron Ron Café for the second time (following your meeting with Arr0w at the Save Point Spa)

This will cover all the achievements that you can still get even after completing the main story, so you don't need to worry about these until the end of the game when you want to start achievement hunting.


Gotta Pet Them All! : Pet every cat in the game (all of the cats from the Ron Ron Café and the cat at 1cc_lady


Game Over: Lose a duel



At the Top: Reach rank 1 on the leaderboards



Above the Law: Keep breaking the loop until The Duck God shows up and defeat him


Stonks!: Have 10000 currency at a time



100-100-100: get 100 on strength, speed, and dexterity



The Arcade 3.0: After reaching rank 1 on the leaderboard, pick the third option after defeating bleeD


Second Chances: Pick every option after defeating bleeD



Berserker: Defeat bleeD without using kingbreaker



RGB: Equip the red, blue and green origami passives in your loadout



Water Dominance: Equip 5 water-related abilities in your loadout



Romantic Duel: Equip 3 love-related abilities in your loadout



Full closet: Buy all 99 cosmetics


(Secret) Family Quarrel: In the versus mode, make Theia and Moloch fight

This is just some extra information that might be useful while playing through Extra Coin.

NPC Dialogues

Some NPC's will have special dialogue where they ask you a question, such as the janitor in the CRT Theatre in chapter 4. Those questions are only able to be answered once so I suggest saving before answering them, however they have no impact on the gameplay and are not related to any achievements, whether you get them right or wrong. Same goes for any dialogue options that Mika has to choose, except for 2 that are achievement related (see missable achievements).
