It replaces one of the paintcan models, specifically "metal_paintcan001a".

If you want to spawn a lot of them feel free to type bind g "prop_physics_create /props_junk/metal_paintcan001a" (or whatever other key you'd like) in the console and just press g to spawn more ᗜˬᗜ

I didn't replace this exact item but I believe it's a fairly common item so you should find her often. You can always just spawn her. She should show up next to Reimu in the playground area.
