It replaces the baby doll model.

If you want to spawn a lot of them feel free to type bind g "prop_physics_create /props_c17/doll01" in the console and just press g to spawn more ᗜˬᗜ

Update:
I've made her say "BAKA🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥" when you pick her up. It only works with the original doll found on the playground and stops functioning once you transition to the next map. I’m fairly new to this, so if any experienced modders could provide advice on how to make it work with spawned entities and globally (not just the level you find her in), I’d really appreciate it.

Sorry but I don't believe you can make her say Baka on every map. The sound the doll makes is apart of the map itself, not the model, so you'd need to add that interaction on every map in HL2 through Hammer. (if it's even possible to make a prop from another map have interactions in the next.) I probably wouldn't recommend doing this, as it would probably cause conflict issues with any mod that changes anything in any map, and would be very time consuming.

Yes, the source models all miss the bottom texture. Since they are 3D scans it is common for that to happen, I can patch up the hole in the model myself, but I'd be missing the texture for it regardless.
