In case this "doesn't work" for you - make sure it's your 2nd playthrough (as the last code is after this puzzle anyway). And for puzzle 7 make you sure you have the correct Triangle for the 4th symbol.

Sorry for suddenly reaching out with my clumsy writing.
Even when I followed the settings exactly as shown in the image, nothing happened for me either.
Just to confirm, are the people who successfully obtained the achievement doing so on their second attempt or later, while those who haven’t succeeded tried only on their first attempt?
Considering the location of the final code, is it possible that the achievement only becomes obtainable from the second attempt onward?

I got up to the radio and decoded the message to binary with is kind of a message in leetspeak but ioss there anything else to do ?
