The first treasure can be found north-west to the MacFarlane Ranch and west to Tall Trees.



Undead Nightmare: Treasure 2
The next treasure is south-east to the Coot's Chapel.



Undead Nightmare: Treasure 3
The third treasure is south of the Gaptooth Reach.





Undead Nightmare: Treasure 4
The fourth one is very close to Sepulcro, south of it.



Undead Nightmare: Treasure 5
The last treasure can be found west of Casa Madrugada.

For anyone else wondering, because this guide doesn't specify: you obtain the first treasure map through a random stranger encounter (blue dot on the mini-map) of a guy eating zombies. You need to loot the map from the chest at his camp. I believe the encounter can be found anywhere on the map, but that's the only way you will get the first treasure map.
