when the site loads, click on the big download button (most likely top right)

go to the directory where you downloaded it to and extract the zip archive

open the extracted folder and search for "install.inf"

right click on the "install.inf" file, and select "Install"

a "Security Warning" window might appear saying "Do you want to open this file?", click "Open"

if the mouse properties window doesn't appear automatically, it should be flashing orange in your taskbar

ensure that the scheme "webfishing" is selected and click "OK"

if a message says, "The cursor scheme name you selected is already in use...", click Yes.

you're all set! enjoy your new cursor and happy cursoring.. or whatever!!
