Marauder Champions (Spears): A Norsca Unit Mod

It's always been strange that Marauders and Marauders (Great Weapons) have Marauder Champion equivalents but that Marauder Spearmen do not. This mod adds Marauder Champions (Spears) to the Norscan roster, and in doing so gives Norsca an elite anti-large unit that is not itself large.

The unit features lower Melee Attack and higher Melee Defense, than the baseline Marauder Champions, Charge Defense vs Large, a high Bonus vs Large, and solid Weapon Damage with moderate AP. Combined with the standard Marauder Champion LD, Armour, and physical profile, they'll be a solid frontline that can bring down large targets and grind it out with other infantry.
