In this guide, I will show you where you can find, use, and buy more storage in Sulfur.

On 13th of November 2024 the developers brought us this update:


Let's have a look at what the storage options available to you in Sulfur are.

You have it from the start.


1. At the caves entrance:

The trunk offers you 12 x 14 squares of storage space.

The suitcase is the first unlockable piece of extra storage in Sulfur you can find.

Finish the fight in the last part the caves. The suitcase drops as an item. To receive the suitcase as usable storage in the church, you have to pick up the dropped suitcase in your inventory, and extract from the caves, either by:

• Using your amulet by pressing T (tip: don't, the exit is right there )
  or
  
• Using the conveniently placed exit elevator that appears to you around the time you receive the suitcase as a drop.

The suitcase offers you 10 x 6 squares of storage space.

The safe is the second unlockable piece of extra storage in Sulfur you can find.

You can buy the safe from your friendly neighbourhood one-armed bandit, pictured here in the church:

He sells it for a crisp 32 000 coins.

Tip:
As the safe is expensive, and going to dungeons carrying around 32 000 coins is a risky venture at best, I suggest you buy the safe from the merchant safely in the church. As you buy it in the church, the storage is added instantly.
If you buy the safe in a dungeon, you still have to extract out of the dungeon with the safe in your inventory for the storage to be added to you.

The safe offers you 10 x 10 squares of storage space.

The refrigerator is the third piece of extra storage you can find in Sulfur.

Hidden very well in the sewers.

Finding the Refrigerator requires a combination of:

• A spare lung (created from a used rubber and a lung) or an air tank - To survive under water for a long time period.
  
• A diving fin - Gives you +40% swimming speed.
  
• Healing items - If you lack one or both of the above to heal through the drowning damage you will take during the swimming. Expect to be able to heal at least 100 hp, maybe 200 hp or more to be on the safe side.

2. Prepare for a long swim through water that is very difficult to see through with the help of this diagram of the trip ahead:

4. Prepare to empty half of your inventory to get the prize out with you:

5. To get the refrigerator home with you, teleport back to the church with your amulet by pressing T.

The Wardrobe is the fourth piece of extra storage you can find in Sulfur.

The wardrobe is found in the last room of the Castle with the boss:

It takes up a solid 6 x 9 squares of inventory space, so be prepared to empty out your inventory:

After picking it up, you get it as a usable storage by:

• Extracting back to the church with your amulet by pressing T (Note, consider doing this if you don't want to take the chance of dying to the boss).
  or
  
• Jumping out of the window after killing the boss, returning you to the church.

The Chest of Drawers is the fifth piece of extra storage you can find in Sulfur.

Randomly sometimes found spawned in a room in the Castle:


It takes up 4 x 6 squares of inventory space:


Get back to the church with it in your inventory to unlock the storage space.
