Crops that are highlighted green indicate a regrowable crop
UPDATED: i did not math the regrowable crops correctly, a few of them dropped multiple crops per harvest which I did not keep track of the first time. It appears that daily luck does have an effect on the crops harvested, especially for white beans, blue beans, and hot peppers. Those numbers changed a lot with the varying daily luck.

Strawberry, cucumber, and tomato all tend to have fairly high yields but will still be affected by unlucky days.

The orange highlights indicated some single harvest crops I grew a 2nd time to check efficiency of the fertilizer, and they provided multiple crops per harvest. However, I have a sample size of 2, so I cannot do accurate math for that (broccoli 1,4, and sunflower, 1,2, on a good luck and a great luck day respectively). Goji also had a harvest of 2 on a good luck day, and 1 on strong misfortune. As stated above, I believe that daily luck does have an affect, and I think that it affects different crops to varying degrees. It may be a negative multiplier applied to the crop's innate average crop per harvest.

As for fertilizer efficiency, I found that it had no affect on crops with shorter grow times, for sunflower and broccoli they were ready 1 day earlier, and Goji was only ready 2 days sooner. It does not add an extra harvest cycle to any crop, and the price is not worth in my opinion. This may be bugged, or due to other factors, and is worth investigating in my opinion (especially the Goji). Also, the manure had no effect on the Goji/sunflower/broccoli, it was only the fertilizer from the store that did anything.
