The CPU and You!
The CPU in Rage of The Dragons can be pretty brutal for those who do not know how to handle it. Once you understand how the CPU works, you can easily abuse and capitalize on their flaws for the highest score possible!

The CPU in neutral.
The CPU generally defaults to reading your inputs and punishing them. Sometimes, you'll get the drop on the CPU and force them into a block string. If it's a true blockstring, the CPU will block it perfectly. However, if it's a frame trap (not a perfect block string), the CPU will attempt to punish but get interrupted by your move.

This is common when the CPU wakes up after a knock down or blocking a mid to low, for example, Elias' close C into 3B. This can also be abused by timing a jump-in correctly to hit as soon as they wake up. The CPU will occasionally block if they read they cannot try to punish you, but they'll be susceptible to lows.

Tag-Ins are very important to securing a combo on the CPU. You can use them as a reaction to punish whiffed specials, supers or bad jump-ins. If a wall is still up, this will likely cause a wall hit.

The CPU does not block on wake-up.
You can actually abuse this hard by landing a meaty jump-in. A meaty is when you land an attack right as soon as the CPU gets up from being knocked down. For whatever reason, the CPU Does not block and instead chooses to try and attack. This is crucial since it leads into the next point.

Cheesing the CPU
Cheesing the CPU is easy, all you need to do is land an Impact (C+D), tap up, do the button combo, jab and repeat! Due to the CPU wanting to do an attack as soon as they land, they leave themselves open for another impact. You can do this infinitely until death.

Here's all three methods put into two rounds vs the CPU.
Score & What's the best method of gaining score?
The score is above your health bar, each attack can range between 100-10,000 points. For this guide, the best score points are Impacts, which give 1,000 each; and duplex attacks give 10,000 per meter used.

Using the impact loop method and killing with a duplex attack guarantees the highest score possible.

Time & Health also affect score
After you beat a stage, each ranking has it's own bonus score.

SSS - 100,000 points
SS - 75,000 points
S - 50,000
A - 25,000
B - 10,000
D - 5,000
E - 0

These bonus scores are imperative to getting a high score. The requirements are a bit confusing but are a total of: Super moves used, Impacts used, Duplexes used, Time remaining, and health lost.

Getting an SSS is difficult by normal means and usually is only reserved for air impact cheesing. Playing normally always usually grants an A or an S at best.
Conclusions
That's just about it, cheesing the CPU is simple regardless of the difficulty. Once you get your desired score, try out VS mode against a real human! I have plenty of combo videos for each character to help you learn and you can check them out below.

Oooh that makes much more sense, thanks for the correction!

This has been adjusted. Forgot to put in the part they don't block low when they're hit with a mid.. for example Elias's cl.C > 6B will never be blocked since it's mid to low.

I'm not sure if this was changed in this release, but the CPU is now blocking low and seems to be able to react to sweeps and low kicks, even at Easy 1. In fact, even the lowest difficulties seem pretty brutal to me :/ Is there anything wrong with the in-game settings?
