Just find a wall you can get to from another building's roof. Then jump to the wall and use your pizza against it to gain some height. If you fall for enough time, you should get the achievement.

This is the hardest achievement of all. You need to complete the game without taking even one topping. Toppings are the items you can collect through the level. You can collect points by killing enemies. That's not a problem.
