When you see this pop up on your screen just pull over and click start and go to Photo then jump into your Drone and start ascending up to the sky. Depending where you are on the map you may have to drive further up the road and try again if you're in the Mountains. You will spot the collectibles fast and easy where ever you are. Be sure to follow us on YT @UNKCEL for more TIPS like this

P.S. Be sure to check garages and under bridges for Blueprint Trucks that randomly spawn every time you log into the game.

@cucufast : what map are you talking about? If you are requesting a guide on a map on where all the collectibles are I won't be doing that. There are a couple already in the guides and they randomly spawn when you load the game. My only suggestion is drive around on parts of the map you've never explored on and off roads. Use my tips on using the drone to spot the collectible or drive around till you spot them. I also currently load my game with a Reshade so it's a little clearer on the Map and sometimes you can find collectibles that way but if you set your game to Night only. @AtomixBlazer just keep driving around the ENTIRE map, some are even close by to each other so you might be able to see 2 when you use the drone. I just found 2 that was literally down the road from each other. Explore the map more even the off road locations.
