Go To Your Steam "LIBRARY" Find Your "Call of Duty (2003)" Then Right Click On It And Click Properties Then Click Installed Files Next Click On Browse...

Your Call of Duty Folder Should Open Up!

Find The Main Folder and Open It Up!

Right Click On "config.cfg" Open With Notepad!

Now When The Notepad Opens Up Look For "seta r_maxEntLights" When You Find It Change The 8 To A 0 Should Look Like This seta r_maxEntLights "0"

Do This Both For The "config.cfg" And "config_mp.cfg"

Next Open Up "Call of Duty (2003)"

Click On "Options"


Next Click On "Performance"


Set "Dynamic Lights" To "None"
Broken Water Rendering Fix & Reduce/Fix Stuttering (AMD GPU Only)
You Will Need To Roll Back To A Older AMD GPU Driver To Fix Both The Broken Water Rendering & Stuttering Problem. You Will Need To Roll Back To "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.6.1"

Brightness Fix
Go To Your Steam "LIBRARY" Find Your "Call of Duty (2003)" Then Right Click On It And Click Properties Then Click Installed Files Next Click On Browse...

Your Call of Duty Folder Should Open Up!

Find The Main Folder and Open It Up!

Right Click On "config.cfg" Open With Notepad!

Now When The Notepad Opens Up Look For "r_overBrightBits" When You Find It Change The 1 To A 0 Should Look Like This r_overBrightBits "0" Now Look For "r_ignorehwgamma" When You Find It Change The 0 To A 1 Should Look Like This r_ignorehwgamma "1"

Do This Both For The "config.cfg" And "config_mp.cfg"
Resolution Fix
Go To Your Steam "LIBRARY" Find Your "Call of Duty (2003)" Then Right Click On It And Click Properties Then Click Installed Files Next Click On Browse...

Do This Both For The "config.cfg" And "config_mp.cfg"
