With the new Housecleaning update (Patch 1.09) there was another ??? Fish added.

You won't know where to find it unless you look hard and search EVERYWHERE...

unlike the meteor, this fish won't tell you when it appears as its not related to an event but rather a secret location. To find this location you will need at least one private island prop and you will go inside the frog and possum shop and place the prop in the corner of the room (doesn't matter which one). Then you will warp to your island then back out to appear on the other side of the wall, entering "the void".

From there, you will just have to walk out until a message appears: "You feel a light breeze..." And in this area you can cast a line and find the ??? New fish
