Meowjiro has diferent cats you can get in game by feeding them diferent stuff. The food varies from time to time and each time you unlock a new cat you get a new piece of food. There is a total of about 18 cats that you can get and each cat requires diferent foods.

You can view what food you have on your phone once you get home. Each food has different prices but also levels up diferent stats.

Once you feed enough food to your cat you will see new food gets added and thats when you can get a cat.

All the food stats appear on the top of your phone, they are divided by:

Each food you give to your cat wil add a different value to these stats. For example, lets say you give your cat a chicken that would add to the meat stat only 4 points but if you give them bird food, it will add 2 points to all of the stats.

In your phone there is a specific option called the Pedia.

In here you can see which cats you have gotten but also what cats you are missing.

Each cat you unlock will be shown here and if you click them you can see a picture of the cat, what food they love and what stats you needed to unlock them.



The first cat you get already comes when you start the game therefore it doesnt need anything and loves nothing. So this cat was basically free.

You will also see the cats that are missing, but if you click on them you will their stats as well.



Here is where you can see what stats you need so you can unlock each cat. For example this cat, requires 68 seafood points. Therefore I need to feed any of the cats until reach 68 and unlock his favorite food.



Even if you have other stats it will not matter, since what matters is once you get to those points, you feed them the new food that is unlocked.

So if you want to get new cats, look at what stats you need and unlock them little by little. I wont spoil what cats you can get since getting them and seeing the weirdos is part of the fun. So just go around and feed them when you can after you get your upgrades.
