Probably because the "AppData" folder is hidden. This folder is hidden intentionally. When you get as far as...
C:\User\(your computer name)\
Now, while still in the same folder location, in your file browser, at the top, first click on "VIEW" tab, then click on "Options". A new window should pop up. In the new window, click on the "View" tab, then look for and click on the "Show Hidden Files And Folders". This should make the "AppData" folder appear. If you still need help, let me know.
