@tijdreiziger thank you :steamhappy:

@Highball Simulation Thanks for this additional comment. Since I just tinker around I actually don't know that much in this case. But it might be worth it, taking a look myself for this route, now that you wrote this...

@SaxonyELK There's an excellent set of Workshop scenarios for the Workshop version of the route.

Sorry for this very long comment (which I had to split in three, since steam only allows 1000 characters), but I hope it was at least helpful for you.

Greetings,
SaxonyELK :tswde:

But to make it not so long, as this game became "Train Simulator 2013", this route sadly got removed. Fortunately for you, there's an official reupload by DTG in the steam workshop, I'll link it for you:

However, this steam workshop route doesn't come with scenarios. Only with a quick drive and since you can't reverse in Quick Drive, you can't do a whole run of this route with reversing your train in "Seeberg", so if you want to experience the whole charme of this route, you'll have to build your own scenarios for this steam workshop version or search along the steam workshop for some scenarios on this route.

@PamBerry Thank you! To answer your question: This route, called "Seebergbahn" was introduced back, when this game was called "RailWorks 3". Back in the day, when I discovered this game, I immediately fell in love with this now over a decade old route, because it wasn't like the others. On the other routes, you were driving from A to B, but on this, you had a town called "Seeberg" and two lines merging from it, to "Almsfeld" and "Dissen", which meant, that if you were driving the whole route, you had to reverse your train in "Seeberg" and leave that station the way you came from. This screenshot actually was taken south of "Seeberg", where these both routes merge for that station, with my train coming from "Dissen" and later going on these left tracks towards "Almsfeld".

Great shot! What route is that?
