Q: How can I start playing the game?
A: You can download the game for free on our Steam page and jump right in!

Q: How do I make in-app purchases?
A: Launch the game, go to the store in the lobby, and click the currency icon in the top right corner.

Q: I purchased a skin, but it hasn't shown up. What should I do?
A: Please share the item name, profile screenshot, your in-game nickname, and your Steam account using any of the methods below. Providing your purchase time will help us resolve the issue faster.

A: For any technical issues during gameplay, please let us know through one of the following methods.

Q: How do I invite a friend to the game?
A: Follow these steps to invite a friend:
  1. Start the game.
  2. Click the friend icon next to your profile at the top right.
  3. Enter your friend’s game nickname and send the invite.
If your friend's profile appears next to yours, the invite was successful!
We’re also working on adding a Steam profile invite option soon! Stay tuned.

Q: My controller isn’t working in the game. How can I fix this?
A: Currently, only certain controllers are supported. We’re working hard to expand full compatibility soon, so please hang tight!

Q: I found a bug in the game. How can I report it?
A: Please share your in-game nickname and Steam account using any of the methods below. Including the purchase time and play log helps us speed up the process.

Q: How do I expand the map or create paths in the game?
A: Hold down the Shift key to create paths and move across them.

Q: I’m stuck in a building. What should I do?
A: Currently, a bug with the spawn function may require you to restart the game. Fixing this is our top priority, especially before the competitive season begins, so thank you for your patience!

Q: Matchmaking isn’t working. How do I fix it?
A: If matchmaking takes more than 2 minutes, please cancel and try again. If it still doesn’t work after multiple attempts, let us know your in-game nickname using one of the options below.

Q: I’m stuck on a loading screen. What should I do?
A: The loading screen may take up to 4 minutes, but if it lasts longer, please restart the game. If the issue persists, it could be a server problem—let us know your in-game nickname through one of the options below, and we’ll look into it right away.

Q: What kind of game is GREAT TOY SHOWDOWN?
A: It's a 2:2:2:2 battle royale! Work together with your teammate and survive to become the last team standing!

Q: What’s the story of GREAT TOY SHOWDOWN?
“Steal your opponent’s parts!”
It’s a furr-sting battle for survival among abandoned toys!
Many toys were left behind in the warehouse of a defunct toy company… To survive, they must replace their worn-out parts with new ones. And the only way to get those parts is to take them from other toys!
But surviving alone would be difficult, so team up in pairs, recruit new toys, and build a powerful team!

Q: Is multiplayer supported?
A: Yes! Our game is a PVP multiplayer experience.

Q: Is it only available as duo play?
A: Currently, yes—only duo play is available, but we’re open to expanding in the future!

Q: Which platforms is the game available on? Are there any cross-platform plans?
A: Right now, you can play on Steam, but we’re working on releasing it on other platforms as well. Stay tuned!

Q: When is the official release?
A: We’re aiming for Q4 2025!

Q: Can I host my own game?
A: Currently, hosting isn’t available, but we plan to add it before the official release. We’re also developing a way for you to invite friends to a local lobby for mini-games!

Q: Is there a PVE mode?
A: We don’t have any PVE mode planned at the moment, but it’s something we might expand on!

Q: How do I redeem a coupon?
A: Follow these steps to redeem a coupon:
  1. Launch the game.
  2. Press ESC to open the menu.
  3. Click the ‘Coupon’ button.
  4. Enter your coupon code.
  5. (If successful) Your item will appear in your mailbox!
- Note: Expired coupons can’t be redeemed.
- To access the mailbox, go to your profile on the top right of the lobby screen, then click the ‘Mailbox’ button.

A: We’re a small indie game studio with 13 dedicated developers based in South Korea. We work with remote team members in other countries, all of whom are passionate gamers committed to bringing you a great game experience. Your support and enthusiasm are what keep us going. Thank you for playing!
