NEXPO introduced me to the realm of Analog and Psychological horror of KinitoPET, which fueled my interest and enthusiasm for revealing secret game features and ultimately led me to create a KinitoPET guide. Welcome to KinitoPet, a fun and engaging adventure game that mixes exploration, puzzle solving, and companionship! This guide will give you an overview of the game, its primary objectives, and what you can anticipate in terms of playtime—without giving away any surprises.


Note: Spoilers will be in the later achievements. If you haven't played KinitoPET and you're eager to experience the game for yourself, it's best to avoid reading ahead. Everything that will have spoilers will be labeled under the spoilers tag!


KinitoPet is a charming digital adventure that transports players to a bright world full of intriguing characters and interesting settings. Kinito, a charming virtual friend, assists you through the game's obstacles and missions. KinitoPet's lovely graphic design, wonderful soundtrack, and engaging gameplay strive to create a comforting experience that will appeal to gamers of all ages. Main Objective
• KinitoPet's primary goal is to strengthen your friendship with your virtual companion, Kinito, while exploring other realms and accomplishing various chores. The players will participate in:

• Discover unique locations within the game, each with its own set of challenges and secrets to uncover.

• Tackle a variety of puzzles that require creativity and critical thinking. These puzzles often involve interacting with the environment and using items you collect along the way.

• Strengthen your relationship with Kinito by completing tasks, participating in mini-games, and making choices that affect the story's progression.
  
  As you advance, you'll be able to access new locations, discover secrets that have been kept hidden, and have touching experiences that strengthen your bond with Kinito.

A satisfying aspect of your adventure in KinitoPET, accomplishments provide you with special objectives and tasks to improve your experience from the very first playtime. These accomplishments make every milestone seem worthwhile by promoting exploration, skill development, and interaction with different Kinito species and game features. You will come across accomplishments ranging from finding secret regions to being an expert in pet care and training methods as you strive for 100% completion. Each accomplishment will unlock gifts and tips that will make your journey to complete mastery even more pleasurable.


KinitoPET's achievements are intended to improve your play experience by rewarding your creativity, exploration, and Kinito-related connections. Every milestone encourages you to interact with the environment around you and represents a different facet of the game. A sample of the accomplishments you may make on your first expedition is as follows:

The KinitoPET achievements are made to match your game progress, rewarding you when you do key tasks and hit certain benchmarks. These milestones, which lead you through crucial abilities like collecting and training Kinitos, forming friendships, and exploring new areas, come organically as you go through the game. Every step you take in your KinitoPET adventure opens up new game layers, and by fully engrossing yourself in the primary plot and essential gameplay elements, you may gain milestones. By participating in the main activities that make up KinitoPET, you will be able to accumulate a number of accomplishments while getting ready for increasingly difficult tasks and secret accomplishments as you get closer to reaching completion

Open the game for the first time. By clicking on Steam you'll be able to open KinitoPET by clicking play. It'll show you a retro-style PC Monitor. Enter your computer password to continue.

After you finish downloading your new best friend, click on the egg to hatch him. After hatching, you'll see your new Axolotl friend :)

Kinito would loved to get to know you! After listening to his story, he wants you to play some fun games with him. He'll load up a friend website called:"The Kinto Crew's Web World"

This is where you get to meet Kinito's lovely crew. Go on, give a read about them.

You just finished answer questions from your Best friend, Kinito. He wants to sign you up to his friendship club! He must really like you. Make sure to be honest with him!

After giving Kinito some permissions, your axolotl best friend made you something special! Your very own world.

Trapped or No Escape

These two achievements are only earned at the end of the game. Yet, you can only choose one. Don't fret, you'll be able to replay the game to get the other one! Here's the achievements you can choose:

Trapped

"You chose to stay with Kinito."

You enjoyed being with Kinito! You enjoy the lovely world he built! I guess you chose to stay! Bravo for you!

No Escape

"You chose to not stay with Kinito."

I guess you weren't fond of your world. You chose not to stay, yet here you are. Stuck there, forever.

A delightful twist to your trip is provided by a few achievements in KinitoPET that appear outside of the main progression! Unexpected methods to explore the game will reveal these small surprises, which are hidden jewels just waiting to be discovered. Enjoy your hunting and find below a summary of those unique accomplishments!

You don't want to meet you new best friend? Alright then. When you click on his egg to hatch him, when he's just about to introduction himself, leave!

There are significant spoilers in this tutorial regarding how to obtain hidden achievements and get the KinitoPET genuine ending. Now is the time to go back if you want to learn these secrets on your own! I will issue one more caution before embarking on the journey to the real conclusion. I'll go over the secret achievements that are waiting for you in the game's deeper levels after describing how to get there. Be cautious and excited as you go!

You finished your first play-through of KinitoPET? That's great! It's time to finish Kinito once and for all!
In the True Ending you'll be able to receive two achievements:

If you remember from your last play-through when Kinito made your world, there's a fountain. Once clicked on, gave you the hint: "Fountain is the key"
By opening the chapter select you'll need to enter: "Act one: Web World"
Once loaded into the Web World, click on the fountain repeatedly until you receive a cutscene.
You made it, welcome to the Lost land. The key to defeating Kinito.
You're one step closer, to ending this. We'll need this later.



You'll see a new computer app called: Lense.exe

Lense.exe will begin to reveal these hidden messages, via your email: "There is a way to stop it"
After reading the email, it'll explain Lense.exe uses for finding these hidden files were Kinito cannot see it. Make sure to move Lense.exe around your screen.

These will help you to defeating Kinito. These are the locations to help you find the Floppy disks:


These disks will appear in the %appdata%\KinitoPET\Files directory. You may access the folder by simply copying and pasting this address into your File Explorer or by clicking the link in the email.

You now can put these into the pond, revealing the name of these files:

Floppy disk one- Credentials

When you boot-up anytime, you can open Lense.exe to search around. You'll see the first Floppy-disk. It's labeled: "Credentials"

Floppy disk two- Server

You'll use the Lense.exe to get the next disk. In Act one: Meet Kinito
Move the Lense.exe to the bottom right of the screen, and there's your next disk.
You can get the file when Kinito hatches from his egg. It's labeled: "Server"

Floppy disk three- Password

In Act One: Hide and Seek, Kinito will need to load up the internet. After the internet has finished loading, you can use the Lense.exe and get the third disk. It's labeled: "Password"

Floppy disk four- Access

In Act Two: Feedback Hub, you'll need to wait until the question: "Who is your best friend?pops up. Then, you can use Lense.exe to receive the fourth disk. It's labeled: "Access"

Floppy disk five- Confirmation

Head back to Act One: Web world, and go to the fountain. It's time to use the files you've receive. The last disk is located in "The lost world." It's labeled: "Confirmation"

EDIT: To click on the fountain, click the tree right by it.

Relaunch the game.

Goodbye Kinito

In Act Two: Permission Granted, it's the end for KinitoPET. Remove his power, delete him.
You'll read through your email, finally summoning the courage to remove the Axolotl from your life. Type: Delete_all and enter these in order:

Credentials - sonny_c
Server - Randomized for your desktop
Password - hello_world123
Access - Randomized for your desktop
Confirmation - Randomized for your desktop

KinitoPET will now start his deletion, he will now say this:

"Wait, what have you done?
What is \emp\ happening to me?
You're deleting my data!
\emp\ Shut it \emp\ off!
I only ever did what you asked of me.
I just wanted to be friends.
That's all I have ever wanted.
I am so sorry.
Goodbye, friend."

Congratulations, you've earned the Bliss achievement.
You even killed your best friend!

Memories

"Go through all the memories."

The last achievement in the game, it's finally time.
If you paid attention enough, you know KinitoPET has ALOT of secrets! Yet, that will be a guide for another day.

(Note: I will be making the secrets soon, but for now I'm discussing achievements.)

You'll need to change your computer year to the following:
In 1993, you'll see a Kinito plushie!
In 1996, you'll see a Kinito Companion!
In 1998, you'll see the Kinito Companion screen shattered.

You'll need to open KinitoPET each time you change the time.
