I try to keep the rarity of the ingredients to be as low as possible so that it is both accessible and cheap. Most of the recipe avoid Pure Mana ingredient if possible, but some recipe will require it to reliably do 5 star all positive traits.
These might not be the best combination possible since I have yet to unlock all the possible ingredients.
All brews are done in Magical Wasteland Cauldron++ with 14 ingredients slots and 2000 Magimin capacity.
I am 99% certain that some Masterwork potions can't be reliably brew for 5 Star with all positive traits. With these, you have to choose between brewing 5 Star with some negative trait or brew with all positive traits (this is the method that this guide uses) with the chance of the potion downgrading to 4 star.

First of the unstable brew. If you want 5 Star with all positive traits, the only way to do it is to hope that RNG does not screw you over.

Final Words

That's all of it for now. If I have time, I might come back and optimize this further and try to reduce cost of ingredients. I would also like to reiterate again that this is by no means the only way to make 5 Star Masterwork potions with all positive traits, and I might've missed some obvious recipes as well.

Also figured out a stable perfect for the other three. Shadow Tonic was as much luck figuring it out as anything else :D.

Corrected shadow potion, my first post didn't have enough stars on it, but swapping a root for a 2nd vortex worked.

@MrLisreal my guess is that it's part of cozy mode. one of the changes did say "only need 1 ingredient to make a potion" but i had until now assumed that meant that a cauldron with only one thing in it would still make a potion not that you make a potion for each ingredient you add that's bonkers!
