Описание
Wu Zetian default bonus is abysmal. Besides, we already got Catherine for spying activities.

Behold the new Wu Zetian. Inspired by her Civ 5 bonus, she grants all Great Generals +1 charge (retirement), mirroring China's powerful general bonus from previous title.

Also, her unique ability now actually compliments the Civilization bonus! Entering new era while at war grants random Eureka and Civic from that era, meaning you are less punished from focusing on warfare instead of science and culture. Her unique agenda goes well with the new bonus too.

Give Wu a try now and finally earn her achievement!

@Plati Hey, I got some bad news. I seemingly keep getting an error where whenever I start or load a game with your mod enabled, it will fail to load. Might wanna look into it.

Finally, someone decides to buff Wu Zetian, and without makign her, or the other China leaders overpowered. Any chance you could also rework some of the other lower tier leaders that don't have reworks yet? Like Flying Squadron Catherine, Varangian Guard Harald, and Unifier Qin Shi?

What mod is the TUNTIAN DISTRICT in your screenshot?

@roxasvonbielefield, If I am not wrong, he still gets only 1 charge and gives his Great Work of Writing. Or, he gives the great work and then has an 'empty' charge, meaning you retire him and then use as general and then just delete when he is no longer needed.

Sorry, i have leader pass and all dlcs, but, i have other 400 mods, so, i dont wanna acuse your great work to not fuction, i just acused that dont work here. I understand that can be a conflict with other mod that i already use. I dont use other china rework mod, but, maybe some AI plus, like RHAI...

@Doc_Furtado, considering you did not provide any extra info, I assume you do not own Leaders Pass dlc.
