Locate the fish game in your steam library.
Click play.
Start a new Game.
Choose Hardcore mode.
Locate the large coral tube containing lots of early game resources (should be somewhere near your lifepod) to get started.

Beat the game.
Build the rocket.

Make sure the rocket platforms elevator is located above you, not at the same level as you.
Stand where the elevator is supposed to be.
Call the elevator.
You have achieved ultimate funny.
