1. get yourself a Locale-Emulator at https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/

2. in library, right-click to properties and change launch option to
"<your path>\Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1\LEProc.exe" %command%

or just create a shortcut run this outside steam
"<your path>\Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1\LEProc.exe" "<your stream library>\steamapps\common\Daikoukai2\Daikoukai2_Launcher.exe"

3. profit

It doesn't translate. But at least it file name correct under %HOMEPATH%\OneDrive\Documents\Koei\35th

I'm running it on DOSBox with a slightly different method, leave me a messge on my page or add me if anyone having trouble and need more details.
