Introduction
In 1.2 They added a few achievements to do with completing the game in a few game modes. In this guide I will explain mainly how to do all the goal based ones which are rather annoying to do.

For all achievements from 1.0 go check out this guide 100% Achievement guide You will get a lot of these will doing the attainment goals but this explains how to get them all
Useful Information
Settings
You can complete these with nearly any settings so to make the easiest:
  • Cost - None
  • Cool down - None
  • Charges - Unlimited
  • Migration - Slow
You can then spam a lot of abilities and complete things without problem

The Spire
This is the building that lets you upgrade you powers and a a few very powerful changes at later levels of certain abilities. Some ones of note are

Do Upgrade
  • All Spells
  • All Abilities
  • Seize Villager - at Max Level Means you can near always grab whoever whenever
  • Gloom - Can be as stacked 3 time at -14 each
  • Remove Buff at Max Level can remove blessed but not Dark Blessing

Do Not Upgraded
  • Paralysis - At Max Level it's permanent and is more annoying than useful if you miss click

Schemes
You need to use schemes to achieve quite a few of these never give out dark blessings. Instead always offer empowerment and if that is a decent % do cleanse flaw as well. You can then just spam offer it as there is no cool down or cost with the setting I said. You can always redo flaws and remove the buff

Migration
Migration can be useful as you can use it to spawn in a bunch more Villagers if loads have died or you need them to do something. I recommended slowed rate as you can click on a City Centers to Induce Migration when you want it
The Easy Ones
These 3 are all really easy. You can just set the cost, cool down charges and migration to none and spam abilities to complete them all really quickly on the smallest map.
  • Babyarch - Finish a game in Eradication with omnipotent
Just finger of death with no cool down kill everything
  • Teenarch - Finish a game in Eradication without omnipotent
You can just spam spell until the or so 5 people die, Get a prison then use seize villager to drop them in and drain them, use Lich with finger of death. it just takes a few minutes
  • Adultarch - Finish a game of progression.
Just put the portal down with the setting I mentioned and you've just got to wait for the upgrades to finish on x4 speed and you'll win the game in a few minutes.
Attainment
The is the largest and final game mode with 7 achievements to get. 1 for completing it and 1 for completing each of the 6 branches. The most important part of this is patience and not over upgrading flaws.

  • Ruinarch - Finish a game in Attainment
You will get this in the process of the others and isn't that hard

Undead Supremacy
  • Create a Necromancer - This is easy just make a cultist by brainwashing someone in prison and then give them the Necronomicon
  • 12 Active Skeletons - There are 2 ways to do this either raise dead a bunch of skeletons at the same time or over time the Necromancer will make more and more form corpses
  • Spawn 5 Ghosts - Ghost spawn when someone dies with the betrayed condition. The easiest way to do this is with Husbands and Wives. Either make one of them assassinate the other or max level Unfaithful give it to everyone. Then periodically cycle through everyone statuses and if someone is betrayed Finger of Death them
  • Spawn a Revenant - A Revenant spawns when everyone in a village is killed by people from another faction who they're at war with so the village become abandoned. However, I never got this to work if the faction the village belonged to was destroyed so they need to have at least 2 villages. This is the one that took the longest to figure out and do

Creatures of the Night
To do these you need to fully upgrade the Vampire and Lycanthropy Afflictions.
  • Create a Vampire Lord - For a vampire to become a vampire lord they need to convert several other villagers into vampire through trigger flaw. I found someone saying 3 but it didn't trigger for me until I had someone infect enough people that I no longer got chaos orbs for triggering it. Then leaving them alone for a few days.
  • Spawn a a Vampire Clan - You need a vampire to become a vagrant easiest way is either the scheme or expel. Then either wait for them found to a faction or tell them to and there's a change for it to be a vampire clan.
  • Create a Lycan through a pelt - When werewolves transform there's a chance for them to drop a pelt. You can then move this pelt in front of an uninfected villager and they'll eventually pick it up and transform
  • Spawn a Lycan Clan - Just trigger the event from the despair prism "Wolf Clan"

Idol Worship
  • Recruit 10 Demon Cultists - Just abduct a bunch of Villagers put them in Prisons and brainwash them until you get 10.
  • Create a Cult Leader - A Cultist can sometimes turn into a Cult Leader. I've found overthrow sometimes does it or if they're a vagrant and form a faction
  • Create a Demon Cult - Pretty much the same as the Cult Leader
  • Create a Bone Golem - Eventually you're cult leader will build a temple either wait for him to collect 3 corpses or give them to them and they'll make a bone Golem

Terrorized Villager
  • Trigger 3 grudges - Villagers get grudges form betrayals of if someone does something personal to them and they become enemies. This is similar to ghosts but more things can count. You can then trigger these to get a critical break effect.
  • Trigger 3 Critical Breaks - When a Villager's mood reach below 10 you can trigger a critical break. Gloom is very useful for lowering mood, same with gluttony as needs affect mood. Some plagues can also lower mood. A very easy way is look on relationships for spouses and children and then kill them in front of them. When you trigger a critical break you get a choice of up to 3 effect you can have them do. The common ones I saw were: Set something on fire, Kill themselves, Become Evil, Become a cannibal and Kill someone else. I once saw an option to make them become a bandit but no matter how much I tried I never saw it more than once.
  • Kill 3 Villager with a Psychopath - This is really easy and you'll most likely do this just to get other ones. But just make some one a psychopath and trigger it.
  • Bully a Villager - This just triggers sometimes they just need 10 negative mood modifiers. I never had to go out of my way for this to happen it just normally randomly triggered while I was doing something else.

Outbreak
  • Create an Abomination - There a status than can randomly be on a mushroom called "Abomination Germ" if a villager eats this they will transform into an abomination. These mushrooms naturally generate or you can agitate a abomination to make one.
  • Spread Plague to 10 Villagers - Simple infect 10 villagers
  • Spread Plague to 10 Monsters - This is harder but you can do it by buffing the Transmission Stats of the Plague. Choose either Direct Contact or Combat you don't need both and Airborne is a lot better.
  • Kill 10 Villager through Plague - This is one of the last ones I recommend doing as the Plague is very useful for a lot of the goal and you don't want people to die premature or randomly and when you upgrade Fatality you get this very quickly.

Death and Destruction
  • Kill 20 Villagers - Just do what the name says it's very easy and Finger of Death is you're friend
  • Destroy 15 Village Structures - Use earthquake to destroy a lot of buildings at once
  • Trigger a War - This is a scheme form the Panic Meddler where you can make 2 factions go to war by offering the faction leader something.
  • Create a Bandit Clan with 6 Members - This is the second most annoying one after figuring out the Revenant. This just needs so much baby sitting and fiddling and if you leave them alone they can all die. I found keeping them in prison and just periodically refreshing them a good way to keep them alive while I did other things. For someone to become a bandit they need to commit a crime and leave there faction. They can then randomly become a bandit. I never got the Prism event to work for this as I never had "4 Vagrants with Serious Crimes"
Tips and Tricks
This is a rough setup guide to get a Revenent and have a strong start to do all in a single save
Setup
Map Size you want large or extra large you need 2 factions and at least 3 Villages for this I recommend XL but it doesn't change a whole lot.

For Cool down and Costs set to None, For Charges and Corruption set them all to unlimited.
Migration Should be Half
Omnipotent Enabled

The Faction races don't matter but for an easier time set one faction to elves and the other Humans. Then give both factions 2 Medium Villages.

For world generation there's nothing to really look out for just a nice spot to start and any wildlife you like the look of

Place you portal in a nice open spot not near any of the villages then around it build: 3 Kennels, 6 Prisons, 1 Watcher, 1 Dark Prism, 1 Biolab, 1 Spire, 1 Primordial Pool, 1 Meddler, 1 Maraud Then surround by walls
This is rather excess but covers nearly all the base you need you can build more of a few of these if you really want but it's not required

Only Upgrade: All Spell to max, All Abilities to Max and All Minion Stats to Max.
Do not upgrade the Plague or any Afflictions

Look around the map for any decent starter Monsters like Bear, Golems or Trolls. Grab a few and put them in a kennel

Next Cycle though all villagers with tab and reveal info. Also do the same in the Villagers Tab to get the Faction Overview

Then Save as you'r start point.

Things to Look out for throughout
Some Keep things to keep an eye on are if anyone becomes a Bandit. If anyone does seize them immediately and stick them in a prison until you try to get 6. Remember to periodically refresh them to keep them alive.

Also Keep and Eye out for angels if you're ever attack by them ditch something you have in a Kennel and snatch one they make really decent blocker for your base you can leave alone.

If you ever encounter anyone will Nullchild kill them immediately with Finger of Death they are annoying and just get in the way. Also always remove: Slick, Heavy and Blessed and they make things more difficult

The Thunder Dome
The first goal you shuould do is to get a Revenant. To do this choose 1 faction to kill half of and another to be the aggressors.

I'm going to use Elves to kill 1 of the Human Villages.

First upgrade Psychopath to max level.

Then give all Elves Psychopathy Criteria Human so they all want to kill Humans. While doing this make the Leader Hotheaded this will change them from Peaceful to Warmongers.
Also make Sure you are clearing there buff like:Slick, Heavy, Blessed and Diplomatic as you go.

Next Scheme with the Elf leader to declare war on the Humans. Just offer to Empower them it should have a 75% chance. If they say no just keep offering until they say yes

It might be worth a new save after setting this all up

Now move all Elves to the Village you want to exterminate. Use the Villagers Tab Filtering by village to make sure all the Human Villagers from that Village are there as well. To make sure no problems arrive with fleeing or path finding surround the Village in the Wall Spell. Then Un-pause for the first time and ensure the elves kill all the Humans. If an Elf is loitering around trigger there Psychopath Trait if a Human is fleeing Seize them and bring them back.

When this is all done and all humans in the village are dead a Revenent should spawn shortly. If you're quick enough you should be able to grab him and put him in a Kennel

While doing this you should've unlocked:
  • Undead Supremacy - Spawn a Revenant
  • Terrorized Villagers - Kill 3 Villagers with a Psychopath
  • Death and Destruction- Trigger a War

You might've also got
  • Undead Supremacy - Spawn 5 Ghost (Revenants spawn Ghost so you may have got a few)
  • Terrorized Villagers - Bully a Villager
  • Death and Destruction- Create a Bandit Clan of 6 Members (A few Elves may have become Bandits)

Save. Then if you want to clean up cure the Elves of Psychopath and things should die down.

After this you can just unlock most others as a matter of course and isn't too difficult
