I have 49. Def didn't do Collateral damage. So maybe the number ticks off for taxi achive, just the tile doesnt get highlighted.
That leaves 3 hidden.

Speculation: Sharing is caring - played with another person, can be achived by plugging in another remote (pc players dont have remote, how to acees co op?)

Nancy would be Dissapointed:
Go to the mens bathroom on the first level of the club and talk to stoner kid. Say "So nice drugs."You wanna give me some" and yes when he asks if you have any money. Note: make sure to get the wad of cash from Beardsly's safe and dont use it for anything else because you need it.

Rutabaga/Arugula:
Talk to the dealer. Ask for a whole key. Say your not a cop both times, Professor brown, Keep that to yourself. (You get a piece of piece of paper for Rutabaga/Arugula.) Now go to the dumpster. Play a minigame to open the dumpster (Solution was discovered before minigames were removed. You may just need to grab it) You get 4 things including Lloyds trigger words. Then talk to lloyd. Ask for a word/rutebega/what did they give you/Arugela.

Low Blow:
Say "I dont want to have to hurt you" immedialy as the the first option when talking to chuck the bouncer at the entrance of the club.

Talk to Lloyd and get theses other convos when you ask about Piscine. Lloyd is the Bartender at the back. Chose these options: I need information. I'm looking for the you know what. Aliens, Lloyd?wiskey/with a tip
Talk to Llods twice: Asking about the secret base and aliens from LLoyd unlocks the cowboy and the reporter

Kill all the guards, don't use the phone, and go straight to the out side garden and stand in the middle of the sand.

Step back into zen garden right after you get 'find your center'

Cardholder's wall of crazy:
Inspect the wall to the left of the computer with "mysterious object" in the back of the secret lab.

Easy way to kill all the suits
lean against the wall to the right of the table in the entry hall. Kill the one that walks by. The knife goes though the wall. The suits will come to check it out and you can kill them though the wall again.

The Beach house kitchen has a cig hidden in in the knife block. Give it to the cowboy in the Whisky-a-go-go. (He's in the top right. You can't miss him because he has cowboy boots and hat on)

You get it from talking to the Bookseller. You say that Ruth Bishop sent you, then ask about the diamond mines, then ask him what you need to do, then ask about when it started, then there's a dialogue option to "bless the rains".

Achievement is a reference to a song lyric "I bless the rains down in Africa", from the 1982 single "Africa" by Toto.

to get his card: when you talk to him in your room ask king solomon mines/slave workforce/unesseray problems/real trouble

Tent pt2):
ask nelson alive/turn around/i need your help
go to these corners north, south, east, west in that order. you will get a puff of smoke as a confirmation of a step done correctly (get juju bean from altar and leave)

tent pt 3:
Put stuff in this order
south, east, west, north
then go interact with the east altar again

tent pt 4:
talk to nelson then touch each altar. note the association between name/direction. then talk to nelso again for a quiz
he asks what is in these directions

north: bapomet
south: chrozon of the aybiss
east: hadit the flame
west: aiwass the messenger
now take skull from altar for the next part

tent pt 5:
take stuff from table. read the book in the north corner
hanged man: west
devil: south
the fool: north
empress: east

talk to nelson tell me what to do/tell me abou these things

go though the doors in this order
east, west, south, north

Now we need to place the items in the proper order (in reverse), each item corresponding to (empress,altar etc)

1)North place - put Font (the fool) Juju bean
2)South Place - put Tomb (the devil) Skull
3)West Place - put Altar (hanged man) Voodoo Doll
4)East place - put Veil (empress) Fertility Symbol

Then use the door (which you came from)

Then there is another room, but its not difficult.

Tips for gathering all the Evidence:
Bring the reporter's note book and read it to unlock a console in the Underground base.
The console is in the far left room the giant pile of spilled radioactive goo that is fenced off.
It should be highlighted with purple.

Go into the underground base, turn left and you will enter a big room with consoles. The one in the upper left corner gives you the "Device Omega' schematic"[i.imgur.com]. Go back and up the hallway, then turn left and take the door on the right. There is a room with empty shelves and on a desk you can find the "Buzz's 'Bogey': transcript"[i.imgur.com] . Leave the room to the left turn right and you will enter a big room with desks. In the top corner are lockers and in one of them you can find the third piece called "Zapruder 'Rejected"[i.imgur.com]. That should be it.
