After completing the first area of Slider and piecing together the town, you will be prompted to access the mines. After completing several quests in the mine area and receiving the 8th slider, you will see the archaeologist surrounded by several rocks with fragments of a QR code on them.
After piecing together the 4 GLOWING sections on the rocks (the shadowed rocks are difficult to piece together) it creates this QR code shown below.

The QR code takes you to the original GMTK Game Jam 2021 submission of Slider which is decently reminiscent of the first level, with a couple major differences, one being the Slider 7 talisman puzzle which is replaced by ANOTHER QR CODE!
