Insert the "Let's Plan a Trip!" tape into the TV and play it until Amanda asks you if she should turn on the lamp or open the curtains. When you hear a train whistle behind you, pause the tape and turn around. You'll be faced with a train track building puzzle.

Rotate the puzzle pieces scattered on the ground to line up with the set tracks on the playmat. You will have enough to guide the train to the designated finish line. There is an additional finish line with a question mark on it but that can't be accessed until later so ignore that for now.

In order to unlock the next tape, ensure you guide the train through each destination Amanda wants to go to in order of what she mentions in the "Let's Plan a Trip!" video. So the order will be: Paris, Mexico City, London.

To ensure the train hits each destination's depot, put the green and yellow pieces in this orientation below: Place the train in the starting depot and it will make its way through the tracks, chiming each time it enters the right destination. At the end of its run, the final depot will spit out the next tape "Let's Start the Day!"

How to get the "Get Ready with Amanda"
Play the tape "Let's Start the Day!" which will start with a shadowed figure walking out a door. The scene will cut to Amanda snuggling her teddy bear and waking up on her bed. She'll ask for your help in making her bed. You can choose to start with the pillows or sheets, the order doesn't matter.

She'll then ask you to help her find her backpack. Clicking on the closet will guide her to the backpack and will reveal to you the Outfits of the cube puzzle. Amanda will then take you to the kitchen that was in the first game and ask you what your favorite thing to eat for breakfast is. You can answer with anything but answering with "Lamb" gets you a special response from Amanda.

She'll ask you which color cup to use, so far none of the decisions matter but they're the same colors we constantly see throughout the videos. She will also ask you if you want to toast the bread or bacon first and either choice works.

Amanda will then ask you if we should toast the bread, cut it in half, or spread jelly on it first. Click toast and as you wait for the bread to toast, the possum will attack again. Help Amanda chase him away and you'll get transported to the next scene.

Amanda will ask you what she should eat first and you'll see her full plate of food on the table. Note the orientation of everything here since it will be the final solve to the last puzzle on the cube.

How to get the "No Evil Around Here/Orange Tape"
Play the tape "Let's Practice Patience!" where we see Wooly for the first time since starting the game. Play this tape all the way once through since you won't get the tools for this puzzle till after finishing the video.

When you then exit the tape, you'll turn and notice three monkeys seated before you. They resemble the proverb "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" since each monkey covers either their ears, eyes, or mouth

Thus, you must match what Wooly and Amanda do to the monkeys. Note that there is a radio next to the monkey covering his ears and there is a lamp next to the TV. Insert the tape again and when Wooly mentions it's incredibly dark and they could use a flashlight, pause the tape and turn on the lamp next to the TV. The video will be full of static confirming you've affected the tape. If you play the tape again, you'll notice Wooly and Amanda are covering their eyes. Pause and turn to the monkey covering his eyes. Click on his hands and he'll reveal his eye.

Then go back to the tape and play it again up till the point the possum attacks Wooly. This time do not help them with the possum. The possum will throw paint everywhere and Wooly and Amanda will be covering their mouths. Pause here and turn back to the monkey covering his mouth and he will uncover his mouth.

Finally go back to the video and play it up until they're watching the birds and Wooly mentions how peaceful their chirps are. Pause here and go to that radio next to the final monkey. Crank the volume up and go back to the TV. Wooly and Amanda will be covering their ears. Pause here, turn back, and click on the final monkey.

Go back and finish the video and when it ends, you'll hear the awful sounds of the monkeys chattering at you. Turn around and you'll see them stack on each other with a tape in their hand.


Finding Orange Tape:

The lore tape can be obtained through playing the tape "Let's Practice Patience!". Once you get to play this tape, you'll notice there's a photo on the wall of the Amanda monster threatening you not to test its patience.So you need to do exactly that. In each prompt where Amanda asks you in the tape which tool to use, click all the wrong tools until she forces you to choose the right tool. When you test the last of her patience at the prompt where she asks you what tool to use to paint the birdhouse, you'll hear the jingle insinuating you've gotten the tape.

How to get the "Anger Issues"
Play the tape "Let's Hunt for Treasure!" and Amanda and Wooly will be in a forest looking for a precious toy. Amanda will show you a map and ask you which way to go. Type "North" to go towards the X marker on the map.

Amanda will get attacked by the possum again and you can choose to help or not. Amanda and Wooly will dig up the spot then discover there was a little toy they don't care about. Amanda will walk off leaving Wooly in the hole.

The video will seem to end but Amanda will come back, angry, and demand you find her a toy worthy of her time.

The Amanda monster will be waiting behind the TV. Unfortunately, you will not be able to get the toy this time so you can bring any of the toys you see behind you to the monster. You are going to fail and you will get kicked to the main menu.

How to get the "Cha-ching!"
Insert the "Let's Plan a Trip!" tape into the TV and play it until Amanda mentions she needs money. You'll be given the option of opening the piggy bank normally or smashing it. Amanda will then count the amount of coins in the piggy bank and the pause symbol will be glowing in the corner. Pause the tape and turn around.

A piggy bank with the digital text "00/10" shown on its side appears. Look at the TV and you'll notice a yellow X on the side. Place the piggy bank on that mark. If you timed it correctly, you'll earn 5 coins. If you missed the prompt that earns you 5 coins for your piggy bank, you can play the rest of the tape and replay it to get the right number of coins.

The order of operations here will require you to earn these first 5 coins Amanda finds in the piggy bank, then let her remove 2, leaving you with 3 coins.

Then the next stop will cost 3 coins so pause the video and remove the piggy bank from the X marker to avoid getting our coins taken.

After Amanda reveals she has no more coins, place the piggy bank back on the X. Amanda then wants to sell a toy. Pick the Rooster and you'll earn 3 coins.

Amanda asks to go to where Jack the Ripper lived. Pick London, the bottom left picture on the wall. Amanda will tell you she doesn't have enough coins. She puts her hands in her pocket and discovers one more coin. Remove the Pippy Bank from the X.

A possum attacks Amanda and you'll be given the choice to help her or not. Do not help her. She will lose a coin but when she throws a tantrum and asks what she can do now, click on the couch, pause, and place the piggy bank on the X.

Amanda gets three more coins between the couch cushions, bringing your total up to 10 coins. Remove your piggy bank after the coins have been counted in your piggy bank and return to finish the video. Once you finish the tape, turn around and you'll see the piggy bank vibrating behind you. Click on it and you'll receive the next tape

How to get the "Sleepy Time/Nightmares"
Play the tape "Goodnight!" where Amanda will be doing a nighttime routine. She'll ask you how many toys she has on the ground. The answer is four.

Once you answer that, she asks which toys to put away first. The route here does not matter, but the end result will be what you want to note. Amanda congratulates you then steps away leaving you with a clear shot of what the toy shelf layout looks like. You need this later for the Cube Puzzle so get a Note of it.

Amanda shows up in a bathroom asking you if she should wash her face first or brush her teeth. It doesn't matter what you choose here since you'll do both. When she asks you to find the toothpaste, click on the medicine cabinet and pay attention to how the layout looks with all the items. You need this too for the Cube Puzzle.

Amanda asks you what you're afraid of next. Type in anything, but will get special responses from typing: Wooly, Amanda, You.

Amanda gets into the bed and asks you to get a nightlight. The video pauses and kicks you out. There are 2 Ways: Walk back through the library to the entrance where you'll find a single crescent moon nightlight or get back in the TV and you get a special Nightmare Scene.

Turn around and you'll be faced with a four-sided cube puzzle. You can only solve two sides of this puzzle. For the tic tac toe side, recall the toy segment from the tape.
Next, recall the patterns from the bathroom section. The items in the cabinet will match the way you need to slide the knobs around on the other side of the cube.

How to get the "Pediatrician's Story Time"
Play the tape "When You're Feeling Bad" and you'll see Wooly standing in front of the camera with Amanda lying on the couch. He will be trying to help Amanda feel better but Amanda will not be happy and will ask you what you do when you're feeling bad. You can type in anything but writing "cry" will give you a special line.

Wooly will then ask you to help him create a story to cheer Amanda up. He'll ask you what kind of story you like and you can write in anything. You can type in "Love" for a special cute response from Wooly but typing in "Horror" will give you flashes of some real scenes that Wooly will recoil from.

The first prompt Wooly will give you will have you either following his story or the story Amanda drew on the wall. Since following Wooly's story will result in death, follow Amanda's storyline she drew on the wall. So when Wooly says "There was a brave knight" do not select the knight.
Follow the figures drawn on the wall and go back to the table behind you where four books are laid out. Since the first drawing showcases a princess and a knight, select those two books.
Go back to Wooly on the screen and hit "yes" when he asks if you want to keep this choice.
A narrator's voice will interrupt and start a new story.

Wooly will try to get the story back on track but for the next prompt, keep following the story on the wall. Select the princess and the wizard and go back to the TV. The narrator will continue.

Before you turn to the next prompt, the Amanda monster will be standing behind you about to eat you. But Amanda will plead with them asking the monster to wait because you're trying to help her feel better. The monster will linger in the corner the entire time as you finish this story
The next prompt will have you selecting the wizard and dragon. The narrator will continue the story.

The next prompt will follow the next page to the right of the third drawing. Select the knight and dragon.

The narrator will continue the story then the possum will attack. Stop the possum from tearing the picture so you know what to select next.

Once the possum is gone, go back to the table and select the princess and the knight.

Finally, after Wooly has one last attempt to tell his story, select the knight and the narrator will conclude the story.

The Amanda monster will attempt to eat you again but Amanda will stop them saying you helped her feel better. The monster will be frustrated and you'll turn your attention back to the screen.

Amanda will thank you for making her feel better and you'll see a piggy bank broken on the ground next to you only if you chose to smash the piggy bank in the earlier puzzle.

How to get the "Anger Management"
Go back to the desk where the storybooks were and open the book "5 Ways to Hide a Hammer." A hammer will be inside it.

Take the hammer with you to the front of the library where a glass case has a Wooly doll and the tape "Let's Hunt For Treasure!"

Play the tape and follow the same steps as before, typing North for the treasure and clicking on the X after fending off the possum.

This time when Amanda demands a toy from you, go back to the Wooly doll and bring that to the monster.

The monster will sniff it and run off, smashing the door open to the office near the front of the library.

Finding Teal Tape:

To obtain the teal lore tape, you'll need to go to the back wall of the main library room where four posters are. Look at the poster with the scannable code. If you walk up to it, you'll notice you can tear it out.

Take the code to the front and scan it. You'll see that this leads to the check out history of "Dr. Malpractice." The last name in the entries will say CLICK ME. If you click on this, you will find another tab with a jumble of symbols. Click on that and you'll get the jingle notifying you that you've unlocked another lore tape.

How to get the "Science Class"
Take this tape "We Can Fix It!" and play it. It will flash with a series of unintelligible scenes but it can be implied this is the tape played for Amanda to get put into the show.

You'll get kicked out of the tape, which will be faulty and get sucked back into the machine, and turn around to see the train puzzle set back up with many additional pieces spread around. The frog from the enclosure will be on the table with a scalpel next to it.

Go to the table with the frog on the tray. Once you take the scalpel and click on the frog, you'll be faced back towards the TV where Amanda and Wooly will be looking in a box for items that you can fix.

The first item will be roller-skates. You'll be turned back to the frog and you must find the matching wheel in the frog's body. Click on the skin holding the wheel in place then pull the wheel off. Turn back to the TV and click on the TV while holding the wheel. You'll have fixed the rollerblades.

Next, Wooly will pull out our best friend Blabbot and you'll have to find the right battery to power up the bot. The battery you want is the double at at the top part of the frog. Detach it and give it to Amanda through the screen.

Amanda will then ask Wooly to see inside the box and the possum will attack Wooly. Stop him and you'll save Wooly from getting his eye pulled out. Wooly will then sit on the bench and he'll break it. Turn back to the frog to get the screw to fix the bench.

Once you hand it to Amanda, they'll fix the bench and a butterfly with a broken wing will come by. Amanda will be sad but Wooly will insist they can fix it. Go back to the frog and take the butterfly wing and give it to the TV.

The butterfly's wing will be fixed but Amanda will still be sad. She'll say there's one thing we can't fix which is her heart. You can turn back to the frog and cut out his heart to give to Amanda. She'll thank you sadly but say it didn't help.

The tape will end and you'll get a call from the masked figure telling you that she'll be coming into the library to help you.

The tape you were watching will spit itself out and you'll see it's been patched up and now reads "Do You Feel Safe?"

Video Guide:
How to get the "Ancient Technology"
Go to the office and grab the microfilm sheet next to the screen. There's a post it note warning to not place the sheet on a bright screen since it can cause burn marks. Take the sheet and take it back to the TV.

Play the tape "Do You Feel Safe?" and when Amanda asks what your favorite thing is about where you live, the monitor will show a static image of that shape in the microfilm sheet. Pause the video and put the sheet in front of the tv.

Press play and there will be marks left on the sheet. When Amanda asks if you feel safe, you have to type "NO" in order to get the second burn in image. Pause the video and put the sheet back over the screen and get the second image.

Play the tape and when Amanda asks you if you trust anyone, the correct answer to get the next image is "Kate." Immediately you'll get the last third image. Pause the video and put the sheet over it and press play to get the burn in. Amanda will remark on how she trusted Kate too and misses her.

The video will end and you will have all the images burned into the sheet to solve the last puzzles.

Go back to the screen where you found the microfilm sheet and you'll have a master guide to the puzzles at hand.

How to get the "Chugga Chugga Chugga Chugga/Red Tape"
Finding Red Tape:

You can obtain the red tape, you'll have to unlock the library office and tape "Are you Feeling Safe?" in order to obtain this tape.

You need the Hammer from open the book "5 Ways to Hide a Hammer." Take the Hammer and break the piggy bank which will then award you with a missing train track.

Go then inside the office and you'll find two more train pieces: one on the desk to the left and one inside a frog enclosure.

In order to unlock the secret depot, you'll have to set up your pieces to look like in the Video Guide

How to get the "A Thorough Routine/Green Tape"
Finding Green Tape:

The final lore tape is tricky and easy to miss. If you look back at the cube puzzle you unlocked, you'll be able to study it closely and notice a slot on the side for a tape.

You can only solve for the cube puzzle towards the beginning and end of a playthrough so you can save this one for last and still be able to obtain it.

Solve the cube puzzle the exact way you did for the two different cube solves with panel set 1 and panel set 2. Combine those onto the cube so all sides of your cube will look like in the Video.

How to get the "Down the Hatch!"
Go back to the screen where you found the microfilm sheet and you'll have a master guide to the puzzles at hand.

There will be a picture of an eye with a key pointing at it on the map. There is a new poster in the back room of the library under the clock. The poster is an eyeball with text that says, "Keep your eye peeled! A new favorite might leap out". Touch the corner of the poster to reveal the first key you need to unlock the desk in the office.

Take this key to the office desk and insert it into the middle drawer. A second panel will open to the right side of the desk revealing another key slot. You'll have to solve the other puzzles to receive the other keys.

This time you'll have to complete all four sides of the cube to get a key. Watch the Video if you have trouble to find it out.

In order to solve this lockbox that's in the middle of the office room, you'll have to use the puzzle solving method for the book codes.

The map page shows that 1 = LM and 2 = WH. These are initials of people you need to find in their specific books.

Go to the second aisle of the bookcases and look at the cart you found "This is a Pineapple" on previously. Underneath that shelf will be a second book "Squeegee of Destiny Vol 8."

Scan that book to find the first name on that list, Linda Monson, aka LM.

If you look at the map and the top portion, it states we need 1 + 2 = MDMD. Month and Date. So 1 = LM = 31 since Linda checked this book out on March 1st.

The next book we need will be in the last aisle at the halfway point. Look to your left and you'll find a book on a stool called "So You Want a New Identity?"

Take this and scan it and the first name that pops up will match the WH initials. Since Will Hill rented the book August 3rd, 2 = WH = 83.

So the code to the lockbox is:3183

Enter this into the lockbox and you'll get your third key. Put this into the last keyhole and you'll find yourself in the final cutscene of the game.

How to get the True Ending (Wear Your Seatbelt)
For the ture Ending you need the Cassette.

In order to obtain the Cassette for the tape player you unlock with the office desk, you will have to watch all of the lore tapes and collected them all. Put in the final tape "Do You Feel Safe" and play it through.

You'll notice that the possum is back in this tape. Once you finish the tape, you'll hear the jingle informing you that you've unlocked the cassette tape. Turn around and walk towards the stairs leading out of the TV area.

You'll see a cassette tape on the ground. When you put this tape into the cassette player in the desk, you'll unlock the True Ending for Amanda the Adventurer 2.

my game was bugged too, couldn't get the green tapes. had to manually change the .sav file, everything worked after that though.

I know I am pretty late on this but thank you so much for the Amanda The Adventurer 2 guide, I was looking for a guide that would be specific and show what to do and I found yours and I followed it and I finally 100%! I didn't know what to do with the puzzles and I was so confused, thanks again man, your a lifesaver! :steamthumbsup:
