Acknowledge your feelings and the reality that she is gone.

Open up to your companions and loved ones about the passing of your friend.

Allow those closest to you to comfort you.

Accept that as the ultimate lifeform and it's okay feel sometimes.

Give it time, you're grieving. Don't be afraid to refer back to step 3 when needed.
