For this achievement I downloaded the map of "hell" for two-player and there was a gray ship in the textures. Even though I've been through the whole game before. This ship would be in any random map. It's not up to you.

Complete 20 levels in single player mode. There are 30 now, but I was given this achievement when I passed 20. LOL

Complete 22 levels in coop mode. There are 30 now, but I was given this achievement when I passed 22. LOL x2
