Rui Ta - Localization

A server-side mod that translates the Rui Ta mod into other languages.
This mod DOES NOT add the Rui Ta character. You will need to have the original mod enabled, this mod will just translate the chinese text from the original mod.

Known untranslated texts:
When butterflies spawn using the bouquet item. The string is hardcoded in the main mod, so I cant translate that using a localization mod.
