Just go to your settings and restart Steam client at least two times
You can also try clearing download cache to make the download button appear

Can also go offline by pressing steam>go offline then go back online

Don't mention it
The game hasn't "released" officially yet, that's why people have trouble with access to downloading SxSG and uploading screenshots on Steam

if you on steam deck, you needa install it in desktop mode

also turn shadows to low in shadow generations to keep a consistent 60 on steam deck
