(c5m2) Ceda Vehicle Inspired Beta Effect [.lmp]

Now also versus compatible and hopefully bug free , pretty much inspired by the beta alarm room of the parish and dying light 1 & 2 for reminding me that during this type of epidemics a decontamination process is important knowing the lore of the green flu.

*Simple as it is , once you reach the door area, game checks for(human - infecteds) and them does the magic.

*Currently the script uses the .lmp method soo be aware of compatiblity limitations with other scripts of this type.

*It only works once per game , because i dont want to oversatured the game with more entities to create a complex system plus am lazy and i hate playtesting / fixing bugs.

*Works great with "t.a.c.m" since both scripts share the same entities however the .lmp method makes sure that the effect resets upon restarting the map which is something that t.a.c.m lacks.

This file was just getting a lot of dust on my cloud save so i decided to make it fully public and fixing the few bugs present on it.
