Cry Of Fear SFX

This modifies the heartbeat, doors, shove sfx, and all survivor footstep sounds.

I occasionally carry some holsters, and they make those satisfying sounds as I walk.
recorded those and layered the sounds over regular Cry Of Fear footsteps, you will only
hear the holster dangling when you run. Slow walk plays the default COF sounds.

Although this is my last mod, I will maintain and update my earlier work if necessary.
