Introduction
Walkthrough for tours 6 until the end of the game.

Tours 1 to 5 are easy enough even if you may need to take a couple of tries on some stages, so I'll leave them up to you. For these I used Krissi with Soft springs (1st option) and Drift tires (1st option) for all the stages up until this point, with the exception of one of the stages in tour 5 where I needed to change driver to one that could go faster, though I can't recall now which stage that was.

I found tour 6 to be where the game started to get a bit harder and I had to start playing a bit better, so I decided to upload videos in case it helps someone else.
Tour 6 - Inferno Tour
Race 1 - Java Jungle
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Race 2 - Bikini Cove
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Challenge 1 - Baytona Speedway (Pass the Cars)
Driver: Renzo
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift
Notes: You don't need to play perfectly to get the gold on this one. You can afford to hit a few cars, which one doesn't count as passing, and two will reduce your remaining time, just you can't hit too many.

Race 3 - Ft. Loggins
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Challenge 2 - Java Jungle (Boost Thru)
Driver: Renzo
Springs: Stiff
Tires: Drift
Notes: I chose this particular driver/car set up because you can fill the boost gauge pretty quick and also his boost is fairly strong which really helps a lot. Before going through the 2nd gate, it's definitely possible to get a level 2 boost, even though on this particular run that I recorded, I somehow barely made it through with only a level 1 boost. Also, just before going through the 5th gate, you need to let off a level 3 boost so that you can carry the one boost all the way through past the 6th gate. I couldn't figure out a way to boost through the 6th gate without doing this.

Race 4 - Java Jungle (Drift)
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Standard
Tires: Drift

Challenge 3 - Waku Land (Hit The Targets)
Driver: Renzo
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift
Notes: You need to hit all 90 targets and you have 3 laps to do it. The idea here is to try to hit all the targets in one lane on each lap. That is, for the yellow balloons on the left, pink balloons in the middle, green balloons on the right, in each section try to hit all of one colour so that on the next lap you can hit all of a different colour. The time limit is somewhat lenient so don't be afraid to slow down or break a little if needed to not miss any.

Race 5 - Grand Prix
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport
Notes: I switched driver from Krissi as I found the computer players seemed to be really quick in this race, so instead I went for a driver with less acceleration but better top speed, then did my best not to touch the walls so as to try to lose as little speed as possible, even if it meant using less boosts than I usually would. Also for the 3rd track, because the track is real tight it's only worth going for level 1 boosts. A few times I went for level 2 and they didn't pay off.

Challenge 4 - Vs Rival (Pepe)
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport
Tour 7 - Blizzard Tour
Race 1 - Frostbite Harbor
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Race 2 - Frostbite Harbor
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Race 3 - Frostbite Harbor
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Challenge 1 - Frostbite Harbor (Hit The Targets)
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport
Notes: Just take it slow and hit all the snowmen, the time limit gives you plenty of time.

Race 4 - Mt. Agedashi
Driver: Tommy
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip
Notes: This one is quite challenging. You need a driver/car set up with a good top speed and also do your best to not hit any cars or the walls as much as possible in order to make the 1st place time.

Race 5 - Grand Prix
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Challenge 2 - Vs Rival (Anais)
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift
Tour 8 - Aftershock Tour
Race 1 - Downtown Baytona
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Race 2 - Waku Land
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Challenge 1 - Downtown Baytona (Pass The Poles)
Driver: Tommy
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport
Notes: Just take it slow and go through all the gates, the time limit gives you plenty of time.

Race 3 - Ft. Loggins
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip
Notes: Another challenging one. You need a driver/car set up with a good top speed and also do your best to not hit any cars or the walls as much as possible in order to make the 1st place time.

Race 4 - Downtown Baytona
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Challenge 2 - Downtown Baytona (Pass The Cars)
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Race 5 - Grand Prix
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Challenge 3 - Vs Rival (Ace)
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip
Tour 9 - Vertigo Tour
Race 1 - Mt. Agedashi
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Race 2 - Downtown Baytona
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Challenge 1 - Mt. Agedashi (Get Points)
Driver: Krissi
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift
Notes: This one becomes easier once you figure out that you can hold your drift for multiple turns by quickly letting go of the drift button, changing to the opposite direction, then pressing the drift button again. This effectively lets you keep gaining points while on a straight and then getting a X3 multiplier for the whole drift, rather than maybe getting two X2 multipliers.

Race 3 - Mt. Agedashi
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport

Challenge 2 - Ft. Loggins (Boost Thru)
Driver: Renzo
Springs: Soft
Tires: Drift

Race 4 - Baytona Speedway
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Challenge 3 - Danger County (Avoid the Targets)
Driver: Kenzie
Springs: Soft
Tires: Sport

Race 5 - Grand Prix
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip

Challenge 4 - Vs Rival
Driver: Hawk
Springs: Soft
Tires: Grip
Notes: This was probably the only rival in the game that gave me trouble. She's fast and a few other drivers I tried couldn't keep up with her at all. It's harder still because with the winding track without barriers you'll sometimes fall off the track, especially the turn right before the end of the lap. I found that using a boost to try to fly through the air and cut the last corner helped a bit and also gained some ground against her.
