Bloody Tear and Tattered Cloth Recipe

A simple mod,add recipes of Bloody Tear and Tattered Cloth,allows players to start Blood Moon and Goblin Army events in the early game without waiting for it naturally occur.

Recipe:
Bloody Tear:Bottled Water x1, Ebonstone Block or CrimstoneBlock x10, near Placed Bottle.
Tattered Cloth:Silk x1, Ebonstone Block or CrimstoneBlock x5, near Loom.

Please remember Goblin Battle Standard only work at least one player have 200 health or more. (If this is not met the Goblin Battle Standard will not work)

The criteria for a Goblin Invasion and Blood Moon to occur naturally can be met in the very early game, even doesn't need to beat any boss, so I don't think this mod will break the balance.
