Go to TASK MANAGER

Right click AC Syndicate and choose Go to details

Choose AC Syndicate again, right click and choose Set Affinitty

(In my case, the problem was that I had only 1 core chosen, for whatever reason.)

Click All Processors

If that doesn't fix it, choose All processors, except for the one that was already selected.

Also make sure to select High Priority.

This should fix it.

@Turbo Diesel, it is a temporary fix, until Ubisoft fixes this.
They fixed the other games, but not this one, tho.

I had no problem running the game multiple times.
