Hunting - Twig Trails
By ...
Within Bohemia, the sharp eye may notice markers left by hunters and woodsmen. If followed carefully, they may lead somewhere interesting. Here's an example near to Rattay so you know what to look for when Henry's out and about in the woods.

Starting Location for Reference
To the South of Rattay, using the fields as a location reference. Start here at the Red Dot. We'll be heading through the woods south towards that boar hunting spot.

Rattay for Reference
Standing at the map marker, looking toward Rattay appears as so.

Turn 180° - The Path
Turn 180° and there is a path heading south into the woods.

The Twig Trail
Just across the path where the trail begins, upon the floor you will find two twigs, stripped of bark to make them bright, but with the evergreen needles left intact to form a crude arrow pointing into the woods. This is the start.

Head on Up
As you progress up the trail, the twigs will continue, spaced apart but easy to follow once you know what to look for.

Keep going
Now it's just a case of following them to where they lead.

A Vertical Twig?
Eventually you will reach an inverted arrow-twig stuck in the ground to mark the end of the trail, but nothing's here?

Ahh, that's what's here.
However, from the Vertical Twig, just a short distance to the South of where the hunter led us, we find the boar hunting spot.

Warning
But, should you encounter the below sign ... beware. There is danger close by.

Thanks - And Good Luck
Hopefully this assists someone. These markers are not a secret by any means, but all too often I encounter fans who have no clue what I'm referring to.

For those people, this is what we're referring to when we mention twig hunter trails in KCD.

Happy hunting.
