You can find the Bonus Battles in "Elite Saiyan Warrior" category. It is the second one, with Goku on the cover.

i can't find the search for Representative member in bonus battles, am i doing something wrong?

If you unlock a character you already bought you get the zeni back.

No, it is only a character that can be obtained through pre-order bonus. In the future it will certainly be available.
