A Compatibility Patch for rise of Eldia 2

Place this compatch BELOW the main mod.

Expect bugs, I am not a professional modder, This is my first time modding/ updating, Most of the core gameplay should work as intended though.

@djonesball1723, probably the issue is with the Steam Downloader. Unsubscribe and re-subscribe

I'm having trouble getting this mod to work. I have both Rise of Eldia 2 and the compatch and it just won't load the mod but just base game CK3. Does my game need to be on a specific patch of the game or is it something else?
