Adds the 2012 TF2 Scream Fortress halloween spells into Garry's Mod!

Equip the spells in the Options tab.
Enabling / disabling the spell in the options tab is user based, meaning disabling it will only disable it for you.

Contains these footprints spells:

Team Spirit Footprints
Gangreen Footprints
Corpse Gray Footprints
Violent Violet Footprints
Rotten Orange Footprints
Bruised Purple Footprints
Headless Horseshoes
Rainbow

Now you can also create your own footprint types!

To "BOB" and "Doge" I say NOPE.avi and that "BOB" might want to be careful because it looks like "Doge" skipped lunch and you know what they say about dogs and bones . (I'm just hinting at what could happen if they were ever to meet)
